Ali Parvin (born September 25, 1946) is a former football player and coach of the Iranian national team and Persepolis.
He was the captain of the Iranian national team in the 1978 World Cup, making him the first-ever captain of Iran in World Cup history. Before the revolution, he held the record for the most international appearances for Iran. After playing for Kian and Paykan, he spent 18 years as a player for Persepolis and later managed the team in three separate periods. He has the second-highest number of goals for Persepolis after Farshad Pious. Throughout his professional career, he played as an attacking midfielder or forward, maintaining a strong connection with Persepolis. He played for the club for 18 years, served as its manager three times, and coached the team for a total of 17 years. In 2006, he also coached the youth team of Dalaghaz Kermanshah.
Ali Parvin holds the record for the most appearances for Persepolis. He also scored a free-kick goal for Iran in the AFC Asian Cup.
